  Well Brother. This is a question that has been asked before, and its a good one.

  For my own part Dear daddy reasoned with me to convince me I should get baptized. I felt disinclined to baptism. So when that didnt work he tried humiliation, which didnt work either. When He humiliated me I simply felt humiliated and remained disinclined to baptism. so he resorted to intimidation and threats of violence. At that point I decided that i wanted to get baptized after all.

  He was happy. Sister Oldcrone was happy, her stumbling feet set back on the path of salvation and she ceased her "murmuring" about his having a son "of age" in an unbaptized condition, and he was appointed as an elder. Truly, a fit and proper person to feed Christs little sheep.A compassionate shepherd protecting the innocent ones from ravenous wolves.

  its interesting thaty people you expected to support you avoid you, and people you never expected to hear from rally in support. A sister in law I hardly speak to brings huge dishes of casserole. etc. People are grand really.

  That is how we exist under crisis.

  Shamus, It is indeed only cyberspace, but it can tap straight into the human emotions. You can find yourself having a bit of a cry at your keyboard, pretty much Like im doing now reading peoples posts. But having a cry if you feel like one is a good thing. I'll pull myself together soon and head off to the hospital with clean undies and new nightgowns.

  Frankly, when the inevitable happens,a month, a year, two, five years from now, I dont know how I will exist. Constant admission to the cardiac unit at hospital makes you ponder such considerations.

Still, I am grateful to her for caring and I must admit that reading all the well wishes warmed my heart and made me feel better. It is a comfort. thank you to all.

  I also found Chuckies posts amusing. I needed a laugh. I must admit that, if I were posting that my wife was dying, which, I suppose, she is, and it were not true..in other words Im posting just to manipulate the sympathies of everyone here. Truly, I would be a bastard. I would be a deeply sick individual. I think theres a big difference between stating in forum chat , in the midst of a heated arguement, that your mother died from lack of a blood transfussion, (when in fact it was your father that died)(( which chucky refers to in his posts))....well the difference between that, and posting that your wife is DYING just to manipulate the people on the board is enormous. Even I wouldnt go so far. LOL.

  I admit Ive been a bit testy this week, and said things in Reverend Malks thread that were harsh. I admit that, frankly, I feel very strange within my mind at the moment and am not seeing clearly. I feel a bit emotional and crazy. I do apologize for any inconvenience to Malk. Let those who wish to petition for the tagging of paedophiles proceed to petition with all haste and vigour.

  I got news for you. half the population has been "molested", and the other half is the "molestor". I guess that makes it NORMAL, doesnt it.

  If someone starts a petition decrying totalitarianistic religious indoctrination which destroying childrens dreams and robs them of their potential. I'll sign. Hell, I'll even act as a suicide bomber for the cause.

  I suppose I am protesting about political correctness. Having been a brainwashed dub, and having broken free from dub brainwashing it simply amazes me to see ex dubs here swallowing politically correct mass propaganda all over again. No one can doubt that this media fixation on child molestation issues is politically correct and generating mass hysteria. Someone in this thread posted to "string them up". Really. Is it okay to string up car thieves then? Id "string up" murderers before Id "string up" molestors.Whats with this obsession with child molestors in the media ? Same thing with all this frenzy about "terrorists". The unseen enemy franc. We dont have any "communists" to fear these days, so its "terrorists" and child molestors. Internal / external enemies, franc, social manipulation to control the masses, and people just swallow it and believe it, convert it into their own belief.

  Why they didnt have him up against his arch memesis the "Leader" , I will never know. It would have been totally logical, I thought, to have the green and brainless hulk up against the green genius "Leader". I'll never understand Hollywood. The hulk movie stars yet another Aussie called Eric Bana. Hes a comedian I believe, and he blasted into public notice here in Oz in a film called "Chopper". A Totally amazing Aussie movie. It should be watched by all cinema fans who love creativity in their film.It breaks the stereotype
